Electrosteel Castings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 05, 2015, inter alia, have :<BR><BR>1. Accepted the request of early retirement of Mr. Vyas Mitre Ralli, Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from January 01, 2016. Mr. Ralli will continue as Non Executive Director with effect from January 01, 2016.<BR><BR>2. Appointed Mr. Brij Mohan Soni as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from November 09, 2015.
