Electrosteel Steels Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Binaya Kumar Dash, a Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from February 14, 2017 pursuant of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder and Regulation 6 of SEBI (Listing Obligation And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
