The Board has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 2.75/- per Equity Share (27.5% per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each) for the year ended March 31, 2024 out of the profits of the Company, subject to approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
