With reference to and in continuation with our intimation on Book Closure and cut-off date for the 39th Annual General Meeting of the Company filed on June 27, 2024, we would like to clarify as under: 1. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, July 17, 2024 to Tuesday, July 23, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 39th AGM and Dividend of the Company 2. Record date (cut-off date) for e-voting and Dividend is July 16, 2024 Kindly take the above information on record
