We wish to inform that as per the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from July 1, 2024, till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2024.
