In continuation to our earlier disclosures dated February 12, 2024, and June 7, 2024, we hereby inform you that the transaction of divestment of entire stake held by the Company''s wholly owned subsidiary, Elgi Compressors USA Inc, in its joint venture G3 Industrial Solutions LLC, USA to the joint venture partners has been completed for a total consideration of USD 324,429.
