Elnet Technologies Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Directorate

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with part A of SEBI LODR, 2015, we wish to inform of the following change in composition of Board of Directors: Electronics Corporation of Tamilnadu has withdrawn the nomination of Mr. Venkatesan Kumaresan (DIN no: 10646507) as Non-executive Director from the Board of Elnet Technologies Limited and has nominated a new director in his place. The proposal for appointment of the new director will be placed before the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of the Company in due course.
