Emami Ltd has submitted to BSE the Code of Procedures and Practices for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as considered and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 13, 2015 and the same will be effective from 15th May 2015.
