EMAMI LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, please note that the 'Trading Window' (i.e. period to deal in the Company's shares) shall remain closed from Wednesday, 1st July, 2020 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ending on 30th June, 2020.<BR> The date of the Board Meeting shall be informed in due course.<BR>
