EMAMI LTD. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Dividend Updates

It refers to our letter dated 3rd January, 2023 intimating you about holding of meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on Friday, 3rd February 2023 inter alia, to Consider and approve, the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter / Nine Months ended 31st December, 2022. The Board will also consider the proposal for the declaration of 2nd Interim Equity Dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23 ('Interim Dividend') at the said Board meeting. In the event of 2nd Interim dividend, if declared by the Board, the record date pursuant to Regulations 42, of the SEBI Regulations will be Monday, February 13, 2023 for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend for the FY 2022-23.
