Emami Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2015 (Q2).<BR><BR>Further, In terms of the Code of Conduct of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, notice is hereby given that Trading Window of Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from October 19, 2015 to October 31, 2015 (both days inclusive) for all designated persons of the Company due to consideration and approval of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2015 at the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on October 29, 2015.
