The Exchange has sought clarification from Emami Ltd with respect to news article appearing in Mint on December 17, 2014 titled "Emami ties up with German Firm" <BR> <BR>Emami Ltd has been requested to submit its clarification with respect to consideration involved in the said agreement to the Exchange in terms of Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement. <BR> <BR>The reply is awaited.
