The Board of Directors based on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee through Resolutions passed by circulation today i.e. 29th March,2024 have approved the appointment of Shri Ranjit Kumar Pachnanda ( DIN - 03358887) and Shri Niraj Jalan (DIN - 00551970) as Additional Directors (Independent) for a term of 5 ( five) years w.e.f. 1st April,2024 to 31st March,2029 subject to the approval of the shareholders.
