In continuation of our earlier submission dated 30th September,2025, where we have intimated the resignation of Senior Management Personnel(SMP) of the Company. And now pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015, we hereby submit a copy of the Resignation Letter of the SMP.
