Emco Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Ganesh Tawari, Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India is appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f August 31, 2014 in place of Mr. Praveen Kumar, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, who has resigned from the Service of the Company and relieved on close of business hour on August 30, 2014.
