EMCO LTD. - Board to consider Dividend

Emco Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and approve Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2016 and recommend of dividend on the equity shares of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated persons including promoters, directors and connected persons from May 21, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open from June 02, 2016.
