Emco Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 01, 2014 to August 08, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 08, 2014.<br/><br/>Dividend, if decided, shall be paid / dispatched to the members of the Company on or before September 06, 2014.
