EMCO LTD. - Board to consider Dividend

Emco Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company and recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 21, 2015 to May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, the Company has informed all the designated employees, directors and connected persons not to deal in securities during the said period.
