Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Company have appointed Mr. Vaibhav Purohit as the Compliance officer of the Company in terms of Regulation 18A of the SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-brokers) Regulations, 1992.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, Mr. Vaibhav Purohit is a replacement in place of Mr. Ranjeet More, who has ceased to be the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from March 31, 2014.
