Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 6(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company, in their meeting held on 23rd October, 2023, appointed Mrs. Bhavi Gandhi (ACS-27160), as the ''Company Secretary and Compliance Officer'' of the Company with effect from 23rd October, 2023.
