EMS Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform here that meeting of Board of Directors of EMS Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, June 28, 2024, Inter-alia, to Consider and Approve the Appointment of Key Managerial Personnel (Company Secretary and Compliance Officer). In view of the above Board meeting, the trading window for dealing in the share of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons, including promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees and their Connected persons from the date of this notice till 48 hours after the disclosure of the outcome of the board meeting to the Stock exchanges.
