Endurance Technologies Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading ('PIT Code'), the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, 30th September, 2022 up to 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results i.e. Wednesday, 9th November, 2022 (both days inclusive). The above is also being informed to the Designated Persons in accordance with the PIT Code.
