This has reference to our letter dated 26th September, 2022 informing that a Board meeting of the Company is scheduled on 7th November, 2022 to, inter alia, consider and approve the unaudited financial results (both standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022. In terms of the referred Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Part A to the Listing Regulations, we inform you that a conference call for analysts and institutional investors is scheduled on 8th November, 2022 at 11:00 am (IST) to discuss the above financial results.
