Endurance Technologies Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

This to inform that in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading ("PIT Code"), the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Sunday, 31st March,2024 up to 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results i.e. Saturday, 18th May, 2024(both days inclusive).
