Endurance Technologies Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Cessation

Mr. Ramesh Gehaney retires as a Whole-time Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Company since his term of appointment ends at the close of business hours on 5th June, 2024. Upon his superannuation, he has decided to step down as a Director effective 5th June, 2024. A letter from Mr. Ramesh Gehaney to this effect is attached as Annexure I.
