Mr. Satrajit Ray retires as a Whole-time Director and Group Chief Financial Officer of the Company since his term of appointment ends at the close of business hours on 5th June, 2024. He has consented to continue as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director on the Board post his superannuation.
