Engineers India Ltd has informed BSE that Dr. Christy Fernandez, Non-official Part-time (Independent) Director, Engineers India Limited has submitted his resignation to the Company w.e.f. February 28, 2014 and the same has been accepted by Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India vide letter dated March 14, 2014, received on March 18, 2014.
