ENGINEERS INDIA LTD. - Board recommends Final Dividend

Engineers India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2014, inter alia, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 3/- per share (on the face value of Rs. 5/- each) on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2013-2014. The final dividend is subject to approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting.
