Eon Electric Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from November 03, 2014 to November 14, 2014 (both days inclusive).
