Eon Electric Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 10, 2015, inter alia, has accepted the resignation of Mr. Kumar Indramani from the post of Company Secretary effective from close of Business Hours on October 19, 2015 and nominated Mr. Vinay Mahendru, Executive Director, as Compliance Officer till the appointment of new Company Secretary.
