EPIC ENERGY LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Inside Trading) Regulations, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain close for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, for the period from April 1, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024. The Trading Window will open after 48 hours of the announcement of Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024 to the stock exchange.
