With reference to earlier announcement dated March 03, 2016 regarding Board Meeting on March 09, 2016, Era Infra Engineering Ltd now informed BSE the Company has been decided to postpone the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company and now it will be held on March 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.
