Eris Lifesciences Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the trading window closure of the Company shall commence from 1st January, 2021 (Friday), till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on 31st December, 2020. Further pursuant to 'Clause 4' of 'Schedule B' of SEBI [Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015 and Policy on 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by its Designated Persons and immediate relatives of Designated Persons of the Company'', all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are requested not to trade in securities of the Company during the closure of the trading window.
