EROS INTERNATIONAL MEDIA LTD. - Issue of additional shares to employees against exercise of stock options

Eros International Media Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee vide its resolution passed on October 14, 2014 have approved the issue and allotment of 32,298 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees against exercise of stock options granted to them, in accordance with SEBI (ESOS and ESPS) Guidelines 1999 and Eros International Media Limited-Employee Stock Option Scheme 2009.
