Further to our letter dated 23rd May 2024 and upon receipt of Scrutinizer report dated 9th August 2024, we hereby inform you that the shareholders in their 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 8th August 2024, have approved the appointment of M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, Chennai as statutory auditors of the company for a period of five years commencing from the conclusion of 37th Annual general meeting until the conclusion of 42nd Annual General Meeting.
