ESAB INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/11/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Further to our letter dated 26th September 2024, intimating the meeting of the Board of Directors for consideration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th September 2024 to be held on 08th November 2024, Friday through Video Conferencing Mode (VCM), we would like to further inform you that the Board of Directors based on the unaudited financial results for the period ended 30th September 2024 may recommend Interim Dividend, if any, to the Equity shareholders of the Company for the financial year ending 31st March 2025.
