ESAF Small Finance Bank Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and the Insider Code of Conduct of the Bank, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Bank shall remain closed for designated persons of the Bank from April 01, 2025, till 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Bank for the year ended March 31, 2025.
