Escorts Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window will remain closed for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the persons defined under the Regulations including Directors/ Officers & Employees of the Company from September 21, 2015 till 48hrs from the date of declaration of the unaudited financial results for the second quarter/ half year ending September 30, 2015.
