Esha Media Research Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information adopted by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 15, 2015 as required under regulation 8(1) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
