Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Regulations, 2015, read with the Schedule III of said regulation, intimation is hereby given that CS Ashish Kumar Purohit has been appointed by the BEard as a Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the company in their Board Meeting held on July 22, 2024 based on the recommendation if Nomination & Remuneration Committee. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFO/CMD/4/2015 dated Sept 09, 2015 are given in the enclosed Annexure I.
