ESS DEE ALUMINIUM LTD. - Resignation of Company Secretary & Appointment of Compliance Officer

Ess Dee Aluminium Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Haresh Vala, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from the services of the Company w.e.f. April 15, 2015. He shall be relieved from the duties after the closing hours of April 15, 2015.<BR><BR>Further till such time, a Company Secretary is appointed, Mr. Subir Kumar Ray, Chief Financial Officer will act as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from April 16, 2015.
