Ess Dee Aluminium Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 14, 2014, inter alia, has approved the issue of Secured Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures to the extent of Rs. 250 crores (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty crores only).
