JM Financial Institutional Securities Ltd & Axis Capital Ltd ("Manager to the Delisting Offer") has submitted to BSE a Copy of Post Offer PA in respect of the Delisting Offer by Oil Bidco (Mauritius) Ltd ("Promoter/ Acquirer") for acquiring Equity Shares of Essar Oil Ltd ("Target Company") pursuant to Regulation 10 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, as amended ("Delisting Regulations").
