Essar Oil Ltd has submitted to BSE a Copy of Letter of Offer along with Securities Transfer Form in Form SH-4 in respect of the Delisting Offer, which is continuation to Public Announcement dated December 07, 2015 for proposed acquisition and voluntary delisting of equity shares of the Essar Oil Ltd ("Target Company").
