With reference to the news flashed on ET Now on July 10, 2015 captioned "Essar Ports may sell stake to APM Maersk of 49% for $1.5 bn", Essar Ports Ltd has Clarified to BSE that as on date there is no event, information or development in the Company which is required to be intimated as per Clause 36 of the listing agreement.
