Essar Ports Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors have on August 25, 2014 noted forfeiture of 2,53,227 stock options out of the options granted by the Company pursuant to Essar Ports Employee Stock Option Scheme 2011.
