We wish to inform you that in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Company''s "Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders", the trading window for dealing in the shares of the company will be closed from 1st July, 2024 till end of 48 hours after declaration of the financial results for the quarter ending on 30th June, 2024.
