ETT Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with BSE circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019, we wish to inform that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons of the Company with effect from January 1, 2024 until the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2023.
