EURO MULTIVISION LTD. - Board Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window

Euro Multivision Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from May 20, 2016 to June 02, 2016 (both days inclusive) for specified/designated persons as defined in the Code.
