Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, we wish to inform you that in terms of Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all insiders from Friday, 30th December 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022.
